    the 0411 swap made a big difference in mine, way better drive-ability. And then if you go the custom tune route, you can adjust and tune for far more parameters than the old black box

    Yep sounds about the same. Stumbles around 100-200 rpm and then picks up to normal idle speed. I'm surprised no one has had this problem and figured it out...

    oh i've thought about that....lol but i just can't stand things that don't work how they're suppose to. There's no reason this truck can't start up smoothly every time, that's how it was designed.

    i have a hard time believing my brand new (not rebuilt) injectors with 10k miles on them are already leaking down...although, leaking injectors will cause a stumble right at start-up

    Is is possible that the ignition module is getting heat soaked? Or maybe it's worn out? Just seeing what you guys think... I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet, but it seems that KOEO prior to starting the truck doesn't really help

    the test port on the 7.4 is on the front of the intake manifold, behind the thermostat IIRC. It's been in the 90's here today and i've been driving around town making several stops for mother's day. Every time I've hopped in to restart the truck I KOEO and let the pump prime then start it...
