, have I really put on nearly 6000 miles since I last was on here? God that seems like an aweful lot. Installed my fog lights and wired em up to my OEM fog switch. Ouch. Found out the heated mirror plugs and the truck plugs are nothing alike. I just figured they were the same and the truck had 4 blank slots. Sh*t. Got my clear corners and heated mirrors in the mail! Hell yes! Just need to put "sealant" on the lenses and I think I already got the heated mirror wiring figured out. Orange wire is straight up 12v and the black is ground. Yes? Don't wanna figure out I'm wrong when I have everything torn apart.- Sumbitch

Already got 1000 miles put on in one week. Usually I put on 350. There was a slight ticking coming from under the hood when I got the RPMs up while driving in the city. It seems to go away here and there. I'm thinking its just cause this truck isn't used to long trips. As long as nothings broke...- Sumbitch

Tailgate latch/activator arms disconnected again. God damn truck. The one time I actually needed to drop the tailgate and it locks up. Could be worse. I could have a tailgate that keeps falling off. UPDATE: Never got around to buying those lights. However, I have in my possession an OEM fog light switch for a 95-99 GMT-400... and its retrofitted to match the rest of the dash. Thinking about ordering some clear corners for my truck. I think that'll give it a major different look. Plus everything else on my truck besides my taillights are either chrome, black, or teal. Perhaps that's why I love the colo(u)r. :rolleyes: The 88-94 dash was also made to accommodate aftermarket switches, better than the 95+ IMO. I love the paint color! And the interior is immaculate! I've never cared for the 88-94 interior but I can't say I've ever seen one that was that clean or in gray. Very cool. I'm definitely gonna keep tabs on my conservative friend's project.- Sumbitch
