Brand New Comp Cam kit and FI Cam for 5.7 Vortec
Hey guys I have 2 hydraulic roller cams for 5.7 Vortecs that I collected from previous builds that changed directions and it's time to move them along. Both are brand new. I also have the matching locks, retainers, and valve seals to make them work with LS style beehive springs on Vortec heads... -
0411 swap issues
I did not. This was back in the day before the 0411 swap when Westers Garage did all my black box tuning. Both were 5.7s and ran like a striped ape :rocking: Granted I didn't get boost happy with it either, just 5-6psi.- RyanR

Random Misfire, new wires arcing
Interesting but it does sound like junky wires, even if they are new. Check out the $30 Taylor's from Summit. They work great for me. For plugs NGK TR55s. I prefer NGK copper cores in all my engines, work great and cheap... can't beat em in daily drivers or racecars IMO.- RyanR

0411 swap issues
I've ran 2 Whipples and on both of them I scrapped the electronics. Chunk them, get a proper tune, and you should be golden.- RyanR

My DD Greenie - 96 K1500
Got a little bit done this evening after work. I plumbed in the fuel pump. Its a Jeg's 130 gph pump wired into the factory harness. I also had to readjust some of my carb fittings for the fuel line to clear the dizzy and I also got the dizzy stuck in and ready. Not much left except a little bit...- RyanR
