cranks but wont start.

Hello all, previously my truck was starting to shut off randomly. This morning I woke up to go to work and it wont even start. It cranks but doesnt turn over. The last thing I did was disconnect the battery terminals, and retighten them. I am fairly certain it is an electric issue...

Truck shuts off randomly

Hello all... My car is shutting off randomly as if I turned the ignition off while driving or idling. Long trips are fine, but it shuts off randomly sometimes in the first 5 minutes of driving as if i took the key out. at first I thought it might be a fuel pump issue but am now starting to...

fuel pressure reading.

Hello all, I am trying to determine whether my fuel pump is bad. 1997 k1500 5.7. I am not sure how to read the fuel pressure gauge. I have read that my pressure should be 60-66. Here is a video. Thanks for any info.

does this fuel pump sound like its going out? 1997 k1500

My truck has been shutting off when in park idling, or coming to a stop. I am guessing its the fuel pump. Is it supposed to sound like this? I ordered a new one and I am hoping the pump is the culprit, and not something unknown. Thanks for anyones opinions or advice on this!

5.7 vortec engine sound. is this normal?

Sounds like this and worse when first starting cold. then gets quiet like this after 30 seconds. ive heard it may be piston slap but I dont know much about how an engine should sound. any thoughts? thanks in advance. 97 k1500 burb 225,000

1997 k1500 burb has fifth shock absorber..?

Hey all, I have tried to find what this is. i have a shock absorber for the steering rack, and I am trying to find out what it is used for, and if i need to replace it. mine looks OE and it has 200,000 miles. thanks in advance!!
