    Unfortunately That trans is even lighter duty than my MG5 that came with my 5.7 which is not a particularly strong trans either. I have friends who have put a 5.7 in front of that trans and they survived. A 454 would probably last for a month. A 5.7 stocker would be the most I would put in it.
