    paint color or code

    Was wondering if anyone knew the color or code that is on the tahoes I think its only on the 97. Its a pinkish purple color. Its hard to find one so where I can write down the code. Any responses would be great thanks

    yeah it sits higher. if i would have know that i wouldnt have added the AAL, too much of a pita to put in. but will the AAL make up some of the blocks if i take the blocks out?

    try cycling the key about 3-4 times but give it about 5 sec in between cycles to reset the fuel pump relay. if it starts then i would say thats a good place to start. even though its getting gas it may not be enough to open the injectors. i think the fuel pressure is around 62-70. if im wrong...

    NEED TO REPLACE OIL PAN ON 00 5.7 K2500 4X4

    replacing is really a pain cuz getting the pan to clear the belly on the front, and you gotta get the motor high enough so the pan also clears the oil pump and screen. just watch your clearence between the cab and the dizzy

    a cheap way to go is to get a piece of 3000 grit wet/dry sand paper and let dry, clean them with some wax/grease remover,then 2 coats of clear and will look good as new

    this weekend i will be removing my cats from my 5.7 vortec. do i need to put the spark plug non foulers on the doewnstream (back) 2 02 sensors and have no CSE light or can i just cut out the bungs from the cats and install them on the new exhaust pipe? and does anyone know the size of the non...

    i really hope you get it fixed, cuz i had a truck do that to me once. i rebuilt it and it done the same, replaced all solenoids even the TCC, even replaced the computer and the prom, no change. but the TCC solenoid may be your problem i dont know, i ended up giving up and selling it.
