    Mpg doesn't suffer too much, loaded it's still around 2000 lbs. I mostly tow at elevation (6000 - 8000 ft) so that may skew my results too. That said the 7.4 is thirsty and I get around 12 mpg.

    Good question on the shingles. It's my neighbors house. There are a ton of those style of houses up here and I have seen very few with the shingles wrapped over the facia. House was built in the mid 90s so will keep an eye on it when he gets the roof replaced.

    Yep, north lake Tahoe, 6000 ft elevation. Pic was taken end of March but plenty of snow still up top, family ski day tomorrow!

    Hi Grimster, Truck is stock, picked it up from the original owner with only 70k miles! I've added roof crossbars and a new (to me) cargo box. We are a family of 4 and enjoy playing outside so the extra space and capability will be useful all seasons.
