    Well changed the IAC and no dice. Still does the choppy idle in gear but now its starting to do it when its warmed up and in gear. Any suggestions on what else it could be?

    I have long tube headers into 2.5 inch pipes, throttle body spacer, open air filter element, and an injector pod spacer. I think it made a pretty decent difference from when i bought it, a lot better throttle response at the very least. Thanks guys!
