Bilstein 5100 #24-293099 front shocks for 2WD C-series 1988-1998???

Forgive me, I'm a newbie. I am sure this has been somehow addressed, however when I ran searches they were not specific Bilstein 5100 #24-293099 part interchanges via several Rancho numbers from a 2006 Jeep Wrangler. The lift range on these and the Ranchos is quoted 0-2". Has anyone tried this...
