    I've already changed the crank sensor out previously...very greasy/oily. My issue that I'm stuck on now is the constant 10V that I'm getting on the signal wire when it should be the on/off ~5V as the engine is rotated.

    That's what I've been using to help me! I was just stuck, since it either didn't say or I missed it, that the signal wire would be on with ignition off. Currently, the LED blinks when the ignition is off using the test light design described in that guide.
