    I never recommend a flush. I am old school I guess. It has a filter...change it! I switched my truck to Mercon V since its synthetic. No issues.

    it wasnt a bad job at all....just getting the bars out...and drilling a few holes...I didnt notice a ride change at all. The weird thing I did notice however...Originally my TB's werent able to be cranked evenly. One bolt was hanging out over an inch more. After the relocators were installed...

    I used my Realift relocators with the RCX 6" kit....I agree the shocks are junk...I have replaced all of my shock bushings with energy bushings. I will see if I can snap a few pics of mine..the weather here hasnt been cooperative.

    I have had them for over 2 years and 25k miles..they have a lifetime warranty if I remember correctly..the only mod I had to do was moving the crossmember back a few inches and drilling new holes.

    How long have you owned your GMT400 !

    I have had my 98 for 4 and a half years..I bought it from my best friend who bought it totalled back in '00 with 60k on it. He replaced the cab and bed....its been rolling with a salvage title ever since. 313k on her now!

    Body lift.

    If you take your time and pay some attention to detail...a body lift can look nice. Its the cheapest way to get a clean couple of inches though.

    No Start Vortec - Intermittent/Weak spark?

    If the spark isnt blue....swap the ICM or coil with known good ones...I had an ICM give me a fit. It wont throw a code or tell you a thing.

    Offroad Shock Thread

    I have replaced every single shock bushing that came with my RCX hydro shocks...They wore pretty damn fast...less than a year...I replaced them with energy urethane and havent looked back. Not a bad ride by any means for the money.
