    Ok.. I'm planning on sanding the primer with 600 and 1500 before paint.. I'm just worried that that something will go wrong with it if I use rattle can

    I need some info.. Sorry it's not truck related.. I am painting my motorcycle.. I have a guy telling me to use rattle can primer instead of buying a quart of it to spray through the gun.. This is going to be my first paint job.. I assume spraying through a gun would be better then using rattle...

    **update** I bought and installed a stanadyne pmd from leroydiesel.. i even got a new 6'pmd cable... the new pmd is in the front bumper... the truck has been running great for a few days now!! Thanks everyone for your input!!

    Yea the check engine light works... its come on a few different times when the boost solenoid quit working... the injector pump was put on a couple of months before i bought the truck... and the truck just turned 110,000 miles

    Alright.. sorry guys.. i feel like a pain... Yesturday the truck started sputtering and randomly shutting off while i was driving down the road... it would start right back up but only run for a few seconds then shut off again. I ended up sitting along side the road for about 40 mins...

    **Update** problem solved I ended up taking the top of the intake apart and cleaning it up.. i put some rvt silicon on it and put it all back together... i them checked all the vacuum lines and i couldnt find any issues.. i then playing with the soleniod a little and noticed that as i wiggled...

    Thanks great white for all of the info!! I thought about doing a turbo master... but $119i just seems so much for all that it is... i am going to go out and do all the checks and see if i can figure this thing out today...

    Thats what i figured.... i guess i just needed someone elses opinion... im going to replace the gasket and go from there... maybe check to see if there are any other vacuum leaks while im at it... thanks gor your input!!!

    Hey guys.. im still having problems with the boost in my 6.5l... sometimes it works but most of the time it dont.. (the turbo doesnt always spool) ive changed the wastegate soileniod 4 times with brand new ones from GM..they usually work fir a couple of days they slow quit... So now im guessing...

    I put some smoked cab lights on the other day... i love how they look in the day time.. but i wish the leds they came with were brighter.. they are just too dim at night...
