    Southeastern Truck Nationals

    Drove up last year from Florida. Enjoyed the show and would go again. Went to the Goodguys show in Lebanon (Nashville Superspeedway) this year and the wife is not in the mood for another 12 hours ride up, so maybe next year. Way more truck stuff happening in Tenn. than in my part of Fl.

    Great rules Frank Enstein! Not a big issue if you know it and take care of it in advance. A flat tire and a lug wrench that doesn't fit is gonna cost you on the road, and you know its gonna be at night in the rain.

    My neighbor had her 2013 Ford Focus oil changed at the dealer. They informed her that the lug nuts were swollen and they could replace them for $280. She declined and asked me if I ever heard of such a thing. I never did and when I googled it my head exploded. Big problems for cars and trucks...

    Ridetech website has a printable template that lines up with existing holes in the frame. It’s for a 88-98 c1500 under the instructions page. Don’t know if it’s the same for a 2500 but it wouldn’t hurt to take a look.

    Fronts are 4 clicks off stiff. I'm a little concerned I need a heavier spring for the big block, but no issues yet. Backs are set 12 middle.

    I looked at QA1 set up but it won't work with the 454 14 bolt rear. Pretty sure the React set up is for the 3 inch axel housings. I guess I could have made that work but since Ridetech made the effort to fab a kit for a 14 bolt I went with that. Happy so far. Only about 100 miles and no potholes...
