1991 4.3 tbi 5lm60 tranny can be teplaced with??
Thanks for the info! Yea, I'm not too excited about going used, as it would be a crap-shoot at best. Id go with a crate transmissionor factory rebuilt if they were available. And didn't think having it rebuilt was a good idea either I just haven't had much luck finding any info on the 5lm...- Jonf

I have a 91 GMC Sierra with 150,000 miles on it. My late father bought it new and left it to me when he passed., so its more sentimental a reason that I'm keeping the thing although it does run good and always starts up. It has the 4.3 tbi and what I believe is a 5lm60 5 speed manual...- Jonf

'98 nv3500 slave cylinder bleeding issues
On my 91 with an exterior slave cyl, I held the clutch pedal to the floor with a 2×4 while I pulled the air out.- Jonf
