Yes there is. Im currently doing a full vortec l31 crate motor swap in my 1995 and will pass emissions no problem. You will need the gmpp intake for vortec to tbi part number 12496821 but its like 369.00 at jegs. It has a plumbed hole for the egr. You will need to buy some exhaust manifolds from...
