    Yeah, I know thats what happens when you turn the key forward. And no The pump doesn't cycle or prime. And I considered it being a bad pump. But I thought it was strange that only one of the wires that goes to the pump had power. And only 8.49 volts.

    Hey guys, new question.. if im in a hole or somethibg and im trying to spin in 2wd. It' will spin down a little then the drivers side tire will stop spinning and will make like a scraping sound.. but the other tire keeps spinning.

    Use a socket? Lol is that what you put into the actuator for the spacer? And anyone put 285/75/16 with a torsion crank?

    Yeah I didnt even think about flexing. So 33's would probably be the best size that could take some flexing. And yeah I'm hoping the switch fixes it. The cable is more then a new actuator. Lol

    And this is irrelevant, but does anyone know how large of a tire I can clear with a torsion crank? The front finder sits 37 7/8" high now. Witch is 2" taller. I kmow the truck clears 33 fairly good stock height.. 34 maybe 35s?

    Yes I found the switch. And hope to replace it tomorrow, but by using the cable you cant have 4high? Hopefully the switch fixes it.

    Alright guys, its official.. I'm a dumb ass.. I was looking on the front diff. I never even looked at the tcase.. Newbie :/ lol But other then fuel mileage, will the bypass I did cause any harm?

    Well my hubs are engaging fine. So I guess this is a temporary fix. I would still like to properly fix it. Just cant find the tcase switch

    Well, I never found anything so i started looking around online and stumbled up on a website that showed me a way to bypass the actuator by unscrewing the actuator placing a type of spacer about an inch long in the whole and screwing the actuator back in, witch I guess makes it always enguaged...

    There is no switch in the location I was told to look. Although, this may make a difference, my actuator is made of plastic with a 5 pin plug in. I found a part that resembles the one you listed above at oriley. It's directly above the actuator. Right next to it. It doesn't seem to have pins...

    Well, I just tried testing the actuator. And it didnt move.. But, ive looked and felt for the switch, I just cant find it.

    How do I locate that switch? And wgat exactly do you mean by it? There is 1 25amp 4x4 fuse and its good. And no i haven't tried that, I'm new at all this so I'm not sure how everything works. when i try this what movement should I see on the actuator?
