Torsion turns, keys and Rough Country 2-3" lift

From researching on this site I gather torsion re-indexing keys are useless if your torsion bars are still good so my question is... should they even be installed when doing the rough country 2-3" lift since you can just turn the bars? What would be the pros and cons of installing versus not...

Need amp advice

I have two amps and I don't know which one I should use for my 12" sub. It's a Cadence Mallet Series 2. One amp is a 760w Pioneer GM-5300T and the other is an Xtreme 500 watt mono block. Which should I use?
