What is this connector for?

Does anyone know what this connector is for with the brown wire? I tested it with my multimeter and it's switched 12v which is what I'm looking for to wire my LS swap alternator.

Looking for advice on ABS delete and disk conversion

I've installed the 14" revelator kit and the NBS master cylinder. I'm thinking about using this Willwood proportioning valve. Is there anything else that would be required to tie this all in? I've read about possibly needing residual valves and so on but I am not sure if this would be...

4L60 to T56 wiring

I ditched the 4L60 for a T56 and now I have to wire it up. I have figured out the reverse lights and now I am trying to figure out the clutch safety switch. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction on how to wire it? It's a 1996 if that helps.

Clutch Assembly options

I've been looking high and low for a clutch pedal assembly that fits a 96. Are there any other options people have had success with? I'm swapping in a t56 to what was originally an auto.

Is this normal?

Notice how the driver side cab mount locations (shown in red) have a cup at the forward mount (Top) and an additional plate on the rear mount (bottom). The passenger side mount locations (shown in blue) do not have the cup or the plate. Is this normal or am I missing parts?

Looking for fuel pump suggestions

I'm currently doing a frame up build on a 96 rcsb and I'm the point where I need to start figuring out the fuel system. I have a LQ4 that will be getting a single turbo setup and I'm aiming for 650whp. Should I get a fuel cell and run an external pump or use a stock tank with an intank pump...

Who makes a good axle?

I'm looking for recommendations on a complete axle assembly. Housing, axles , carrier, brackets welded on, basically a bolt in unit. Who would you guys recommend? It needs to handle 800 rwhp and I won't run slicks.

Steering Box

I'm replacing the steering box on my 96 C1500 and I noticed a difference between the original and the replacement. You can see by the 2 pictures that the dowel or whatever its called is recessed on the new one. Anyone else come across this? Is this going to be a problem? I dont have an...

HD Spindles on C1500

I'm in the process of ordering suspension for my 96 C1500 RCSB from ridetech. What i am looking at is the streetgrip kit. There are 2 options. I believe both kits are identical with the exception of the spindles. One kit says 1.25" brake rotor thickness while the other says 1" brake rotor...
