swap/upgrades to front calipers

lol thats what i have a 97 1500 4wd diesel. But to clarify i can run a 1 ton caliper but i would have to use 1/2 ton pads? Does anyone know if my rotor is the same size is the 2500 ld since my truck has the same drivetrain?

3:42 posi with 35s?

what do you guys think of 33's and 3.42s? i got a 6.5 diesel and a 14 bolt sf so im good there. sorry for the thread hijack.

theres a few guys that have done it. a lot electronics to deal with and to get the allison in there can be a pain and might need a body lift. also you need to make room for the intercooler and that can be difficult on obs since the 6.5 never came with one. its a lot easier swap if you get a...
