Sorry for not getting back with you guys sooner on this. Yes, it's mounted in the same location as the cassette deck with little modification. It is from another GM so it's "factory", it just wasn't available in our trucks. :) Annnnnnnnnnnnnd.... I don't have pics of it mounted...

Adding HomeLink is easy. Power, ground and illumination, then programming. Typical Homelink connector: Orange: 12+ (switched is optional if you don't want someone opening your garage door when sitting outside or something) Purple/yellow: Ground middle wire which can be green, red or who knows...

My 1990 Sport truck

hahahahahahah :D I'm looking for a 1988-94 red cab/stepside Sierra GT; ST; Indy Hauler or a loaded reg cab/stepside for it. And yes, I know a CD player wasn't available until 1995 from the factory, I however found a factory Delco unit from another GM that fits in the dash perfectly in place...

i don't know why you would need a full socket or wrench set...These trucks only use a 5.5, 7, 10, 11, 13, 15 and 18mm.

Pretty rare... 1999 = 3552 made 2000 = 1896 made I don't think they were available as duallies in 1998...
