    Wiper pulse board confusion

    I tried to buy a pulse board to my 89 K3500. It's not like the one on my 98 but that is all it shows in rock auto and auto zone. This is a small rectangle enclosed in a black plastic shell. Was there a conversion to the newer style or am I looking at the wrong part?

    1998 K2500 350/automatic. One of my trans cooling lines has rusted out. It looks like a difficult job to replace the cooler lines? Is there much pressure in the lines that I could just do a repair with rubber hose? Thanks.

    Lock cylinder falls out of new door handle

    installing a new door handle and the lock cylinder will not stay in place. The spring that is to hold it in place works, but it's just too loose. This is the second truck I've changed the door handle and had the same issue. Am I missing something?

    Heater controls gone crazy

    1994 k2500 with a/c. Heater works fine. After 1/2 hour or so all the lights in the control start flashing. Then they stop but i cant change any settings. I shut the truck off and the heater control stays on. After the truck is off for awhile,it works again? Help! Thanks.

    My 97 K3500 seems to have the gas drain out of the lines when its not running. Sat for 2 weeks, took forever for it to start and it was just a fuel issue. Got iot started, ran fine. Started several times after that day no problems. Sat overnight, this morning took at least 30 sections of turn...

    Problem solved. after tracing every wire, replacing every switch my son the machinist shave 60/1000 off the ball switch and I now have 4wd hi.

    The linkage works fine. I finally found a wiring diagram for this. The 3500 has one more switch and relay according to the diagram, so we are checking those next. Thanks foir the help.

    The front wheels pull in lo and the actuator engages when out of axle.

    Can someonne tell me where I can find a schematic of the 4WD wiring? Haynes and Chilton do not have that, the local Chevy dealer won't share without a $120.00 inspection. The front axle actuator works in lo but not high. Need to trace some wires. Thansk.

    I have a 1997 K3500 5.7, automatic, 128,000 with a lever transfer case shifter. I have 4 lo but do not have 4hi. I have replaced the front axle actuator and the ball switch on the acuator is working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
