Day 2 and still running rough. They only thing out of the ordinary is this line? What is it?

Have you ever run into plug wires not really wanting to snap onto the plug? I'm thinking I'm not making good connections.

I replaced my plugs, wires, cap and rotor today because I wasn't sure when the last time a tune up took place, truck ran fine before hand. I got it all installed and fired it up and it's running rough. I have checked my wires 10 separate time to make sure they are in the right position, Ive...
