'97 Silverado Alternator Replacement
The alternator on our '97 Silverado 2WD 350/AT has given up the ghost. I've looked at videos & read reviews in which some replacement units require modifications in order to get then to reinstall. Any of you done replacements in which NOTHING was needed to make the change? If so, I'd appreciate...- Bluesman

LMC part quality
I purchased the chrome trim that goes on the front bumper rubber strip for my wife's '97 Silverado from LMC & the attaching screws weren't like the original & unusable. I called, but the return shipping charge was much too high - so they gave me a $25 gift card. Will NOT do business w/ them again.- Bluesman

How much interference was there between the dropped spindles & the factory 15" wheels? If you hadn't trimmed them, how badly did it decrease your turning radius? Nice job, BTW - looks really nice!- Bluesman

Can anybody tell me if the DJM 2" dropped spindles using a 17" wheel w/ 4" BS will work on a '97 1500 Silverado reg. cab, 2WD?
