    I changed the crank sensor cuz it shot a code before the issue it’s pretty much unrelated. I changed spark plugs and wires after the issue and it’s still doin it and it’s a generic code I can’t pull up misfire history

    I have a 97 k1500 5.7 vortec. Recently it started havin a miss and backfire at Idle and low rpm. Soon as I drive it goes away or isn’t as noticeable.     I have a 97 k1500 with a 5.7 vortec. When highway or interstate drivin my ac is fine no complaints cold. But in stop and go traffic or a drive thru I’m sweating my balls off cuz it blows barely cool. What is the cause of this? Is this normal?

    I finished the job it wasn’t 5 minutes tho more like a hour and a half. Shaft didn’t wanna collapse and I had to Drill the old rivets out. Got it done tho and I have very little Slack now

    I found the rag joint it is where my slack is at. I slid the cover back spun the shaft and it had bout a quarter turn slack in it from the shaft to the joint. Is this a hard job or should I get my mechanic to do it. I’m fairly mechanically inclined

    Sorry for the late reply y’all but I ended up wit differnt rims then snowflakes I got some other reps. 22s on 33 atturos with 2 inch spacers. It rubbed in the back and the front of the front wheel wells with keys 3/4 of the way up. Did a lil grinding work and now no rub

    I have a 97 k1500. My driver window started actin funny lately. Every now and then it’ll work and roll down and up but minute later I try to do it it won’t even go down. It’s onlu the driver side and it’s getting worse. What could be the problem?
