"Engine Swap"... Vortec 4.3L V6 to Vortec 5.7L V8
I am currently doing this with a 97 SWB 4.3L 5speed 2wheel drive, the donor truck is a 98 z71, 5.7L, (auto/4x4), both are complete, running when I pulled them in the garage! Pulling Wire harness, computer, motor from the 98, and motor mounts.... :-( Recommendations fro the 5 speed...- Tomas
