High Rough Idle all the time Help!

It runs pretty good on the highway, I can't feel the vibration at higher speeds. I very new to the TBI motors, I didn't know the TBI has a mass airflow sensor. Where is located and I'll clean it?

How to Replace oil filter adapter gasket & o-ring

About a month ago my O-Ring in my fitting started leaking so I replaced the fitting and noticed the o-ring was wider and thicker. With this being said I will revise my write up. I would buy the new fitting, it has a o-ring inside it already. I bought a Dorman from Advance Auto Parts...

Guess I poked a hole in my tranny cooling line

Agreed! Do it right do it once! Just go to a salvage yard and pull one and flush it with brake parts cleaner and blow it out with some high pressure air.

    So, I think I have a problem

Once you locate the sensor in the gray housing the wire should be at the top, trace it toward the steering wheel and you will find the plug. Be careful not to break it when you unplug it.

    So, I think I have a problem

It sounds like your EVO Sensor, you can test this by unplugging the Sensor on the bottom of the steering column. When you unplug the sensor full power will be sent to your steering gear box and your steering will feel different at higher speeds. Here is a pic

Sweet! You'll have to post a pic. I also started using Mobil 1 Chassis grease. About the oil pan gasket Felpro make a one piece gasket that works great

    Rebuilding front end parts

I rebuilt my front end with everything moog like you ordered, and I had my steering gear box rebuilt by West Texas Offroad. My steering is awesome! You will defiantly need a pickle fork and a BFH (Big Fu*king Hammer). Its not to bad to do though.

    Turn signal problem

Do you have a SES light on? The VSS might throw a code. Is your transmission shifting fine? If the VSS is going bad you will have several problems along with the speedometer not working right.

About to order my Black Bear tune! Need Info!

I'm finally got my truck ready for a Black Bear tune. Unfortunately I can't get a custom tune by Justin in person, because I have a 96-97 black box pcm. So I'll have to go with the traditional mail order tune. Does anyone have a traditional tune for a 96-97 Vortec 350? What do you think of...

What is your fuel pressure with the "key on engine off" & "key on engine running"? It sounds like a fuel delivery problem (fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator)
