    I ordered new axels and had them drill them. I looked into having a machine shop here welding them up and redrilling them but couldn't find anyone.

    They where right around $280 or so maybe a bit more because I had them put new wheel studs in them. I ordered them for my year truck but had them drill in the 6 lug pattern.

    BTW the billet wheels on my truck came off a 2005 Chevy I got them really cheap and that's why I ended up doing the 6 lug swap.

    I did it on my 91. up front I use all k1500 parts but had to change out to 92 and newer spindles. The rear I used Moser axes and front disk off of a k1500. I all ready had done a rear disk conversion .

    Yea don't risk it do a search there are a ton of different plug wire separators out there you would be surprised at what you find. You may find something that will work for what your trying to do with out a giant headache.

    That's what I did on mine. I didn't have to move or relocate anything. You will need new hoses, fan shroud and the brackets that gold the radiator to the top of the core support on top. When I did mine I went as far a new water pump, and cutch fan. I had a real bad over heating problem...

    Radiator Recommendation

    I took the chance and got mine on ebay Ive had it for 6 or so year with no problems. I had the smaller radiator and converted to the larger one.

    The way the SSBC kit works it uses GM calipers off a Olds Toranado that has the set up for E brake and uses the stock E brake cables off the truck.
