    Edit here. I have a full 99 ls harness, down to the fuse block. I guess I'm just confusing myself on how to integrate it. Using all my factory gauges and so on. I've been searching non stop and can't quite seem to find what I'm looking for.

    Your throttle body is shut all the way, im assuming is what you mean lol. Pull the IAC, idle air control valve, and clean or swap with your old one.

    Only one wheel moving? Coulda been park wasn't fully engaged as well. Just a thought. Definitley check/change all your important fluids, throw a battery in it, and crank her over. Wouldn't worry about the park issue till ya see what it does when it runs.

    Cold Weather Starting

    It may have had only 20k . But those trucks see a lot of idle Time, and also a lot of start to move then stop. Miles really don't mean anything. It's almost a 24 year old truck lol.
