No it wouldnt be the 263, as it wasnt offered on these trucks. The NP1 RPO code is for Transfer Case (Electric) Full Range. Or Transfer Case Electric-2 speed. Which in both cases would be the NP243. I believe the CC were only offered with the manual TC(241) or the 2hi,4hi-lo electric shift(243)...

You mean like this? 1999 CCSB from the factory with a 4l80E with the 243 tcase. This carrier is on every 4x4 gmt400 Crewcab Ive ever crawled under. Also I dont think the NP263 was used until late 2001 so Im not sure how your RPOs would show it. Are you sure ran them for the right year?
