Tbi Vortec swap ignition problems

So what should have been a simple swap has kinda turned in to a huge head ache dealing with ignition. This is a 99 vortec block with stock cam lifters and heads the rotating assembly is from an 89 TBI engine (extremely low budget rebuild) all new bearings and also has a big block chevy oil pump...

Turbocharged 5.7 TBI

Hey everyone it's been a while since I have last posted and have been busy with life. But in the meantime I put this together so... How do you keep it from exploding under pressure? I'm just doing this for fun before I drop in a 454TBI and properly turbo it with what I learn from this small block.
