    When checking the fuel pressure the pressure doesn't drop to 0 psi immediately after turning the key to the off position, wouldn't that indicate that there is not a leak in the injectors and that the fuel system is working correctly?

    Lift/Tire Size

    I have a 96 k1500 sitting on a 2500 frame and am wondering if i'll be able to fit 315s with a 3 inch lift? Also, does anyone know a good place to order a lift kit at a reasonable price? Been looking at rough country lift kits and just wondering if I could get one cheaper somewhere else. Thanks!

    That was my original thought as well, I checked and it was only slightly low (52) which led me to change the pressure regulator.

    I believe the pressure regulator wasn't put on tight and backed out some when I tried to crank it, spilling gas into the cylinder, which caused it to lock up. But they cleaned it out and it is unlocked but still won't turn over.
