95-99 steering column differences?
i sell used GMT400 parts, and am curious as to whats different in the steering columns freom 95-99/2000 the interchange says only cerrtain years interchange, am just curious whats different, example for a 96 CHEVROLET 1500 PICKUP 95 Column Shift; w/tilt whl, w/air bag CHEVROLET 1500 PICKUP 96...- Kshahan

unique problem, suction on dipstick tube
he says it does, my trans guy says a cracked filter will do that. and i agree, trans was pulled when we bought truck, we were told it was good motor was bad, its a jasper rebuild with 55k ish miles on it- Kshahan

sold a gentleman a jasper rebuilt trans we pulled out of a truck with a bad motor, he says it slips in 1st and reverse, and all other gears work fine, im told it could be a cracked filter, any other possible causes?- Kshahan

am curious as to whats different, we parts these trucks out, and ran into this situation today, and the gentleman didnt care about the drum brakes, however i was leary to sell him an axle not knowing if it would work, saw something about maybe the u-joint being different- Kshahan
