    Blower Motor

Have you inspected the fan speed switch connector on the heater control panel? Could be melted like mine and so many others from too much med-2 speed use. Also check the purple wire connector at the blower, might also be melted on you.

    Dimebag's New Job - 2000 K3500 CCLB 6.5L TD

Well, I was investigating why my front carpets were getting wet so I pulled the whole dash to have a look. The wire connector at the blower motor was burned so I replaced the motor and put a new end on the wire. With the blower box out I found the real reason for the low flow: Big hole in...

Black Prothane 4wd control arm bushing kit 7-206-BL

They should fit both forged and stamped 4x4. 4x2 bushings are different and would be p/n 7-205.

    Help finding leak from rain

I'm having the same problem. Like Bob ^ says, I'm pretty sure its coming in where the HVAC box pops through the cowl for fresh air intake. I'm gearing up to pull the HVAC box to fix it. There's good discussion about it here: http://www.pacificp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9077

    Dimebag's New Job - 2000 K3500 CCLB 6.5L TD

The New Job was suffering from intermittent heater blower fan syndrome so I had a look at it. Its strange how some are affected and others never experience this problem within the same family of vehicles. At first I guessed it was the fan speed resistor pack in the fan housing, so I changed it...

    Dimebag's New Job - 2000 K3500 CCLB 6.5L TD

For now I'm primarily making sure it's safe and reliable. If an upgrade should happen in that effort, well.... that's just the cost of doing business. For example, the exhaust system is a pretty miserable and the fix is being driven by a reoccurring leak at the left bank manifold-to-downpipe...

    Dimebag's New Job - 2000 K3500 CCLB 6.5L TD

Got a chance to grab a couple of shots of my new-to-me rig. Its a stock LS except that I've added the tow mirrors and I swapped out the front row captains chairs with a 60/40 bench. I've got for 4 kids so that makes 6 of us and I needed the extra seat for all the bums. It's at 316000 km...

    LostX's Black CCLB 454

Would you be able to throw up a pic or two of your rear driveshaft? I'm interested in the angles out of the carrier and at the diff. Do you ever notice any vibration, either in 2w or 4wd?

    GMT400 Lift Guide

I was looking at Superlift site and had to laugh. As I have a CCLB I'm interested in disclaimers from the various manufacturers similar to this one from Superlift: "Not Recommended for Crew Cab, 4 Door Models" And yet, this is the model for their 5-7" lift...

    shout out from BC

Hey kids, been sniffing around here a few weeks since I got a 2000 K3500 LS CCLB 6.5TD. At work we sometimes refer to the collective experience of the tradesmen in man-years - the years experience of everyone combined... 682 man-years etc. Judging by the posts here, I'd say there's some...
