    It shouldn’t if you cap where the tube used to run into the TBI and where it runs to the gas tank. This will avoid a vacuum leak and your truck smelling like gas.

    It’s been a while since I installed it, but I do remember putting some kind of lubricant on all of the joints inside of the shifter. Maybe something is sticking on you?

    I have like 20k on the Core shifter assembly, and no new noises compared to the stock assembly. Holds gears fine. I do occasionally put it in 5th when I meant to go to 3rd, as they are pretty close. That’s my mistake not the shifters [emoji3526].

    I regularly tow 5-6k with my truck. It’s a 5.0 TBI with NV3500 and I believe 3.42 gears. All original with 260k on them all. Truck is happy with it if you keep the revs above 2k. Highway driving is in 4th gear. No faster than about 65. Mind you these heavier trailers have brakes(surge). They...

    I have Auxbeam brand lights on other cars and my snow blower. Never had any issues with them. Amazon reviewers said the same stuff about my 52” bar, and it’s been fine as well. Not saying that it isn’t possible to have these issues, but I have never personally had them.

    This summer I replaced my entire A/C system with the Murray stuff from my local O’Reillys. No issues with fitment, and it has so far been working flawlessly. Truck blows 30-40 degree air, even with the stock mechanical engine fan.

    Yeah it’s a car I got for free. I fill all the seats with my buddies and let her rip hard! It’ll probably be fine, but you never know. Having the truck is also great for bringing whatever extra gear like chairs and pop up canopies.
