    Juat finished hard install on a 2nd ad244 alt. Can i just run the "I" wire to the same brown wire my 1st alt is connected to? I believe its the factory gauge wire on a 1995 Tahoe.

    I was to understand that there was a year that was double din from factory that swapped in with a little modification. Maybe i have years or generations wrong. The metra kit is spendy for something that doesnt fit well. I have the cheaper cut to fit version and its junk.

    Okay so the double din dash bezel from a 03 and up is supposed to work in a 1996? I had read and seen that it did on facebook but now the post is gone. Anyone got any insight?

    Looking to replace my thermostat housing with a chrome one given to me for free. It looks the same but guy says my tbi intske uses a different style housing and his is for a old sbc intake.

    Just depends how far it warped door skins or any large thin sheet metal can have a warp travel. Look at whole panel and feel with a ungloved hand. If its not as bad as you think you can do the quench method whichnis shrinking it and remember general inaurance guidelines for body filler say 1/8...

    No I was saying i am gonna tee the sump together for supply which should help equalize. Tee the top together for evap vent as well. They are both on same level in a cage.

    Yep, of course the panel will be on hinges and sealed to elements alsonthe cells will have the vent hooked up so no real danger of fumes for kiddos

    Well the fill wont be remote ill open a hatch on backof Tahoe on the floor and poof there are fuel cells. So i figure i would have to open both and fill slowly so they equalize i believe that to be the only bummer part besides the plumbing. Included a pic of the cells

    Bud i went thru exact same issue i had 14 volts every place but the dash gauge. So installed a voltage gauge using the ground for the radio and off a ignition hot wire. Still same issue. For a laugh i took ground from aftermarket gauge and put it to bare sheetmetal and it jumped right to 14...

    I had a bagged 92. Go ahead and pie cut the frame and jotch for tie rods, itll save headache down the road. Also if you plan on having it down for a while reloacte wiring harness plugs and tub it. Any questions feel free to ask. I included a pic of my 92 c1500 and my 95 tahoe

    One gauge light not working

    I got some leds that i could turn to far when twisting them in. Once that far they were off the circuit and hence wouldnt work.
