1994 extended cab 60/40 Bench into a 1988 standard cab

Sorry been away from the forum for awhile. It was the inner most of the 60 portion (passenger near hump) You need to get the inner riser from another 60/40 bench that was in a regular cab. This will lower your 60 portion of the bench down enough to be level with the driver 40 portion. Hope...

Brake lights not working

Was just a thought...I have been having intermittent brake issues this past week and found the harness from the turn signal switch to be falling apart...just 28 years of plastic giving it up. So that is my weekend project to replace the turn signal switch and anything else that is tucked inside...

Could it possibly be the circuit boards in the tail lights themselves...I had to replace one that just wasn't working any longer.

Just an FYI for those that might run into this same issue, I finally got in contact with someone today that told me that there is a difference in the risers between and extended cab and regular cab truck for the 60/40 seat. That would be the source of my problem. So now back to the yard to see...

Where can I buy seat release handles?

I have seen them on ebay, but I guess you have to catch them when they have them. I need all of the lever handles for the 94 seat I just picked up.

I am still searching the forum but have not run across the answer yet so I am going to ask the question. I recently picked up a 60/40 bench out of a 1994 extended cab. I installed the drivers seat with no issues. The other half of the seat however is a different story. The seat is to tall...

Stalling Under Throttle

Well, I will give my experience for consideration. My old truck had sat in the dessert for a couple years before I had it shipped to Texas. Luck would have it, I charged the battery (wal-mart) and changed the oil and started driving it. After a couple months under hard acceleration my truck...

Thanks fastorange...perfect. I am running 275 60 15's on all corners now on an 8" and currently with the rims I have they will not fit up in the fenders. Glad to hear a 275/60 will fit on a 7" rim....thanks for the reply.

1985 15x7 rally wheel question

Another wheel question...lookin at a set of 15x7 rally rims. Backspacing is around 4". I was wondering on an 89 c1500 sport side reg. Cab could I run these wheels with 225 or 235 75 15 and they would fit in the (tuck)fender wells? And is that a typical backspace for that rim? Thanks in...

17" Jeep Wheel Question

Thanks for the help guys I really like those rims....but I don't like spacers so if I can't run them on my truck without the spacers then I will go a different directions with the wheels. It was just they are plentiful and cheap. LOL. The other direction I was looking into are rallies 15x10...

17" Jeep Wheel Question

Hey guys, I know that this has probably been talked about...I even saw a truck on here with Jeep wheels (Rubicon star type) I just have not been able to find that discussion again to see any specific info. I am trying to decide if those 17" jeep wheels will fit on our trucks with out adapters...
