Removing Roof Seam Filler strips?

Roof unfortunately needs to be repainted, paint most everywhere is still money. Anyone know how the filler strips in the seams/drip rails come out and if they are easy to break. My understanding is they are no longer available, but there in also some surface rust down in the seams that needs to...

Alternative to cognito idler pivot assembly (discontinued)

For anyone that remembers, cognito had a beefy HD idler pivot assembly replacement way back when, but unfortunately it is not longer available. Does anyone know of another aftermarket supplier of a beefed up HD pivot assembly as opposed to just doing a stock equivalent replacement? Thanks...
