    I dont carry a spare, if my tire blows im going to use my mobile cellular device and call some greasy tow truck driver to flat bed me to my shop or my house because I have free towing.

    An S series torque converter is what my tuner said he puts in most of the LT4 and similar cam swapped cars and trucks. He said the stall is perfect. Ill be using one when I do swap.

    Yes LT4 hot cam will be perfect. Max lift is like .515, use 1.6 roller rockers, there is a few great write ups on the cam swap to a vortec 5.7 if you search google, im on my phone so its hard to get all the links for you.

    Run electric exhaust cut outs, with a switch, so you can open the exhaust up whenever you want.

    Any cab from 88-01(obs) will work, 1/2 3/4 or 1 ton. Only differences are interior and door selections on the extended and crews You will have the cut a hole in the floor for the gear lever however, just measure your old cab floor for dimensions.

    So I assume you have a thermal actuator? Pull actuator, engage and see if it heats up and actuates. If not, you need an actuator. Same goes for an electric one. Could be a transfercase switch on top of transfercase, the ball get stuck in the switch.

    Erratic signal, can throw a code for .1 volt and high 1.2 volt

    Next update for the truck will be electric exhaust cut outs off the headers with a switch inside that has one of them red flip up deals. My question is, what should I put under the switch? "OHH " "Loud Switch" "Cop Switch" "***** Switch" Any ideas?

    Alternators can cause a lot of oddball problems due to drops in voltages to modules, I usually load test batteries the old school way with the snap on VAT and perform charging system test with GR8 before any electrical diagnosis.
