Gmt900 cab mount swap

I have a 90 rclb and I need cab mounts and I've read Gmt900 cab mounts swap on ex cabs could I swap it on a regular cab or is the mount to big, if not what is a better than stock mount for a daily driver?

Engine bog

So the last few days I have been experiencing engine bog, in 3rd or 4th gear the engine has horrible bog at 1/4 throttle if I downshift to 2nd gear but hold the thrattle at 1/4 throttle it still bogs as I slowly push the pedal it remains until about half throttle it starts to pull like normal...

Speaker whine

My speakers have always had a little whine in them but over the weekend i installed some new kicker 4x6 speakers in the dash they sound really good with the engine off with it on the whine and the more rpm the higher the pitch of the whine. Has anyone delt with this or know what i should do? Its...
