    AC noisy

    In the cab I hear what I assume is refrigerant flow. Is this OK? It seems to be working well, cools the cab down quickly. I have never heard this on another vehicle. I only recently got the AC working again. I had everything replaced except the evaporator under the dash.

    I did grease it. This joint above the u-joint is wobbly. What is it called? I think it should be replaced but can't find the part or service kit cause I do not know what it is.

    I did this and found there is slop between the outer and inner sleeves of the jeep part. Not a lot. I think it is from removing the nylon parts inside the sleeve. Did anyone keep those parts are is everyone melting them out or removing them?

    Wind noise from doors

    I read that some guys are pulling the door seals and threading in some closed cell foam rod. It makes the seal tighter. Not sure if it helps or not but it is worth looking into.

    LOL, being from Iowa it is funny you won't run that 'ethanol crap'. Iowa politics is the main reason we all get the ethanol crap. I would run ethanol free but as mentioned above it cost more than premium. Does ethanol free cost more in Iowa?

    Do you have the panel under the steering column? I can not find an unbroken blue one in the yards here, they are always broken where the fastener holes are molded in.

    plastic repair

    I was replacing the heater core and cracked the plastic cover. Do any of you know what type of plastic the cover is made from? If I can figure that out I can get the correct repair epoxy or maybe even plastic weld it back together. Thanks.

    Best Lube for Door Hinges?

    I use Boeshield for hinges and similar things. I especially use it for tools that get used rarely. The humidity is bad and things will rust quickly. If I am not using something for a while I coat it with the Boeshield. https://boeshield.com/why-boeshield/
