    Actuator is good. It isn't getting voltage from the sensor? that's on the transfer case. I hooked a hot 12v wire to the hot side of the actuator plug and it worked, even made the 4x4 light come on. So now the problem is narrowed down to either the wiring harness or the sensor on the transfer case.
