    Are any of your headlight connectors melted? Just a guess, but it sounds like the headlight circuit breaker could be shutting down. If it is, there is a chance the melted connector is drawing high amps.

    Is the high pressure switch attached to the back of your compressor the kind that uses one gray wire? I messed around searching for the answer for mine, and found the new switches they sell now have two wires. The instructions say to connect one wire to the gray wire, and ground the other one.

    I bought some and I do think they help get rid of wind noise. Is kind of a PIA to get the handle spread to insert the piece. Heat would have helped.

    Most likely will be a broken spot in a wire in the area where it flexes between the door and the A pillar door jam, on either side. Does not necessarily mean the plastic insulation will be broken.
