    With the double crimp it is very hard to get the 2nd smaller crimp open, that's the problem. I'm going to go to the a couple of electrical warehouses in the next few days.

    Truck is fixed now. Still need that connected. I rigged it to work. Does anyone know of a site where oem connectors are sold or a workaround to that connector? It goes on the firewall, closest to the firewall.

    Thanks. I have no idea about the ignition switch, it hasn't been moved or changed. The truck would start before the clicking. It would click occasionally but, not like it did last week when it just started to just click, click, click, click, click,click........

    This is what it looked like when I took the plenum off again. That regard gasket around the fuel body had broke and was letting in a lot of air. Replaced last night, drove today and it was fine.

    I think I have it figured out....it is not the intake gaskets, I think it is the gasket around the spider. I remember the 3rd time I took the plenum off it was really loose. Going to get a new gasket for it now.

    Did that, NO vacuum. But seems to be running better. Funny thing, I noticed that my fuel gauge needle was really shakey/fluttering quite a bit. I have never seen it do that. So MAP bad? Will take battery cable off to reset codes.

    I am not sure if my codes will clear.....took the Neg battery cable off for about 10 minutes, when I restarted it the SES was still on. Then went to AutoZone and that is when those codes came up.

    Here are the cap and rotor I've done some testing and the # 8 injector is coming on properly and the Omhs are within specs ( used the detailed video from page 1).

    Ok here are pics after I got the plenum off. The 1st pic is cyl 4, that had the broken clip. But I realized from this photo that I had the spider for # 4 in # 2 cyl & # 2 spider in # 4 cyl. Therefore it is really the #2 spider that is causing the multiple misfires but it was in the #4...
