I have a 1992 k1500 with an NV4500 transmission. The truck is driven very sparingly but it keeps blowing through master cylinders. The transmission was rebuilt only 3000 miles or so ago. Does anyone know what would cause this or if anyone makes a master cylinder that will last more than 4 months.
Just so I'm clear in my assumptions, in a '92 K1500 there is no dedicated horn fuse correct? It shares the CTSY circuit with the dome light and cigarette lighter?
My horn stopped working. All the fuses are good, I replaced the horn itself, and I popped in a new relay. Still nothing, Not even a click from the relay. I'm stumped, what should be my next step?
Good eye, I hadn't even noticed theere were two different stalks pictured in the listing. I think ill try and source one locally first to avoid anymore headaches.
I ordered a turn signal stalk for a 88-94 k1500. It has a ~6" pigtail with a white connector. When I went to remove my old stalk, it has a much longer pigtail, probably ~18-24", with a wider orange connector. Can anyone confirm that this ebay listing is the stalk i need...
