700R4 to 4L60E swap

alright, so i have a 92 C1500 silverado with a TBI 350 and a 700 R4. the trans has seen better days, so were going to replace it. i got a recently rebuilt 4L60E with the wiring harness and PCM from a 94 Cheyenne to put in the 92. the PO of the 94 put a new trans in it, then locked the motor...

new gut from East TX

hey guys, im new to this forum. ive been working on GMT400s since I was little, mainly OBD1 trucks. dad has a 92 xcab C1500 Silverado that he bought used in '02 when it had 90,000 miles. weve kept it up as best we can, but its got a few scrapes. dads powertrane is a TBI 350/700R4/GU6 3.42...
