alright guys so it all started when my stereo started to shut off it would come back on sometimes but this is after it had been in for about 6 months and i know where you think im going with this and its not that exactly everythings wired right i redid the gounds completly with thicker gauge and it has new batteries (diesel) and an HO altenator so when i got around to it i took my MM and started to probe everything and ive figured out that everything has great power, fuse boxes and everything until i get to the last two colums of my interior fuse box (left-right) the 2nd to last has 11.3v and the last has 10.3 volts everthing else has 12.7 i dont know where else to go with this everything turns on execpt for the stereo and its the ignition wire in the 2nd to last column, the constant wire is fine and in the first column i am not sure if therse a wire somwhere thats clipped or the fuse box is dieing and im not sure where to go from here im mean chaseing the rats nest wires are impossible unless i take everyrthing apart and were all on a budget but im pretty cheap and if i micky the stereo and just wire it myself thats fine but are those columns going to keep dieing? and if anyone can get the schematic of the interior fuse harness and where the wire are from i would appreciate it
what do you guys think?

Easy test. Jumper hot side of fuse in a known good column to hot side of fuse in bad column. If the bus connection between columns is bad then that should bypass it and everything should work. Another way would be to jump from plus side of battery to the column that is misbehaving. Either way if it works normally with the jumper in place then you need a new fuse block. Good luck and please report back when you figure it out.
