ok, so i am in the midst of a lift install and am replacing nearly everything rubber on the front end of my 96 as they are all pretty much toasted.

I have almost all the parts figured out, except for the 2 bushings that are on the front diff housing and 2 on the front axle bracket.

My truck is a 96 with the floor shifter, so I think it is np241.

Does anyone know how long or other interchanges chevy used the np241, or will the bushings from a np243 also work.

The closest I have been able to find is a discontinued bracket that has the two bushings from the passenger side (gm 15592502). I have attached some pics to help.

I really am hoping someone can help me out here.

The NP241 is a transfer case. The picture you posted is the GM IFS differential

...indeed it is, bottledZ28 ;) and those bushings are one of the many little "somethings" I've been trying to hunt down. My parts book is missing some pages in that section.

Thank You Mihela!
Just bought 2 off ebay for $23 each, shipped.
