Pull the inspection cover, check the flywheel out, and make sure the converter bolts are tight

Just in gear. Drive and reverse. Can't hear it in park. After a certain rpm you can't really hear it. Do I need to drop the exhaust to drop the flywheel inspection cover?

My wife's van was doing the same thing and it turned out to be flex plate bolts. Only cheap repair I have ever had on that stupid Chrysler.
