In the 12k miles I put on it in two years the back up camera quit working, blend door went out, radiator had to be replaced and battery went bad. And the paint on those new ones are crap, if you look at it too hard you got a rock chip. oh and both manifolds were cracked at every bolt point. All of these occurring at around 70k miles

I've been fortunate, no snow yet but super cold. I despise snow but I can deal with rain all day, and I'm really glad it hasn't because I still need to pull an engine out this weekend lol
I'll take snow over cold rain any day. I can brush snow off. Cold rain not so much. Cold rain will soak you and chill you right to the bone. Plus, drifting in the white fluffy stuff is a blast. Especially when it's deep.

Thanks. And Yeah she is way to nice to be a plow truck and I do feel kind of bad when ever I go plowing. But it’s my only vehicle. So I have to do what I have to do. But hey if the plow destroys the front IFS components that just gets me one more reason closer to do a lower riding solid swap (like 3”-4” of lift total). I do plan on getting a rougher K2500 in the near future to move all of the plow equipment over too so that way I can preserve my StepSide in the winter.
I really like my BFG’s. Excellent reaction in the rain, dry, mud, and snow. (Even without the plow on) I can put it in 4 high with like 4”s of snow on the ground and it hooks up immediately.
