Lower control hitting rotor

What’s up guys I’m new here and recently just bought my first truck a 1996 GMC Sierra 1500 sle. I’m having the issue where the lower control arm is hiting the rotor , i need help what could the problem be ?

Any play in the front end? The only reason i could see the rotor touching the CA would be a wheel bearing with massive amounts of play, a bad ball joint with massive amounts of play or a bent spindle. How do the brake pads look? Inner pad could be smoked causing a groove on the rotor.
